THE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

Our guarantee as stated on this website and in promotional materials, "We guarantee improved results in 90 days or your money back." can be interpreted in a number of ways, but the guarantee is limited to clients with pre-existing Google Ads campaigns and measured by:

  • Improved metrics such as CTR (click-through rate), conversion rates, overall conversions, or decreased spend for similar results.
  • Improved quality of leads as discussed and measured by our team through a CRM or phone call tracking.

The PPC Pilots team can not control outside factors such as political or economic environment, nor can they manage a client's operations, reputation or sales. These, and other, influences do not reflect on the performance per our guarantee. At the time of signing, both parties will discuss measured performance metrics as part of the guarantee.

THE PPC FLIGHT PLAN

During promotions where the "PPC Flight Plan" is offered, if you submit our request form, we will collect your information and Google Ads account number. This number will be used to request access to your account with read-only privileges. The account will be used to analyze and offer suggestions and an action plan to improve performance. After the plan is provided, you may opt to revoke our access to the account.

We can not guarantee a turn-around time for the flight plan due to demand, timing and operational factors. We will communicate with you the timing, but can not be held to exact performance as it is a free promotion where client work takes precedence. We'll do our best to get it to you quickly, however!
